Bob Johnston has spent thirty years developing a deep and multi-faceted expertise of all aspects of the real estate industry, including purchase and sales, development, construction, management, urban planning, land use, entitlements, valuations, and area trends.
Throughout his tenure, he has overseen the development of over 50 single family homes and developed over 3,500 lots. Bob’s experience includes representation of a cross-section of Bay Area buyers and sellers as a Broker and Realtor. A business-owner and developer in his own right, he knows how to help his clients identify and maximize opportunity. He specializes in luxury homes, with an interest in green design and sustainability in support of the Bay Area’s savvy and sophisticated home buyers and sellers.
Bob is also committed to working as a philanthropist and community leader in support of under-served communities, the elderly, and young people. He has worked as a mentor to at-risk youths, led students at Stanford University as a Smart Growth and Development Leader, and has devoted his time and effort as a Construction Captain for Rebuilding Together Peninsula.
Francesca Lampert is a Bay Area Native, born and raised in Redwood City, where she now currently resides.
She attended Roy Cloud Elementary School and Sequoia High School. Francesca grew up exploring Woodside and Portola Valley on horseback and competing throughout California. Francesca graduated Cum Laude with a degree in English and Education from the University of California, Berkeley. She managed inside sales and marketing for a San Francisco-based children’s publishing house before transitioning into real estate, and applies her background in digital media to the marketing of Johnston & Lampert properties.
Francesca currently serves as the Chair Elect on the board for the Silicon Valley Association of REALTORS® and is a young professional for Habitat for Humanity. In 2019, she was named a Coldwell Banker’s 30 under 30 Award Winner.
Bobby Johnston is a second generation real estate agent, born and raised in the Bay Area, and currently resides in La Honda.
Bobby’s roots in his community run deep, and he attended Ralston Elementary and Carlmont High School. Bobby brings to his clients a rich background in construction and development. In his spare time, Bobby volunteers as a youth leader at his church.
