Rachel's rural upbringing traces back to the small, local coastal town of San Gregorio, where she spent her childhood on a second-generation 11-acre ranch. She graduated from Half Moon Bay High School, where she excelled both as a student and athlete in volleyball, basketball, and track and field. Her academic journey led her to San Luis Obispo, where she achieved her AA degree, majoring in Parks and Recreation and Psychology. During her college years, Rachel actively sought leadership opportunities within her community, contributing her skills to the local church, collaborating on Special Olympics initiatives, and lending her talents to a private local event planning company. These experiences refined her skills in venue management, event planning and project management, which she now applies to her real estate transactions. Upon graduation, Rachel returned to the Bay Area, embarking on a career producing trade shows and corporate events nationwide for four years before launching her private event company. However, as the pandemic changed the event world, Rachel transitioned into the local real estate industry. She initially joined The Johnston Lampert Group as an Executive Assistant and completely transformed and elevated the team’s systems. Rachel really enjoyed working with the growing team and clients and, a little over a year later, Rachel made the transition to full-time agent.

“I have had the pleasure of working with Fran and Bob on a few of their listings as a vendor and each time has been such a joy!
Their attention to detail for getting a home ready is next level. From the planning, construction, design, staging, marketing, open houses, you name it -- it's all amazing!! They make our job run smooth and on schedule each time. If you are looking for a team with lots of experience, expertise, care and who are easy to work with, this is your team! Working with GOOD people is something we highly value and we're so thrilled to be able to work with Fran and Bob.
